NINJA NEXUS POC — RECOVERY INSTRUCTIONS

This package does NOT modify Windows shell, registry, or GPO.
Recovery is therefore simple.

If Nexus Shell hangs or won't close
------------------------------------
1. Run STOP-NEXUS.ps1 from the POC folder
2. If that fails: open Task Manager and end:
   - NexusShell.exe
   - NexusIdentity.Api.exe

If login fails
--------------
1. Run STOP-NEXUS.ps1
2. Delete %AppData%\NinjaNexus\ (session cache only)
3. Run START-NEXUS-SAFE-MODE.ps1 again
4. Use: user@nexus.local / NexusUser1!

If you need to remove everything
--------------------------------
1. Run STOP-NEXUS.ps1
2. Run UNINSTALL-NEXUS-POC.ps1
3. Manually delete C:\NinjaNexusPOC if the folder remains

Windows is NOT locked
---------------------
* Alt+Tab, Win key, Explorer outside Nexus still work — this is expected in POC 1.
* Production lockdown (POC 2/3) is NOT active.

Audit logs
----------
Local audit: %LocalAppData%\NinjaNexus\audit\lockdown-audit.jsonl
Process logs: <POC folder>\logs\

Safe mode requirement
---------------------
Nexus Shell MUST be started with --safe-poc (START script does this).
Without it, lockdown is disabled and a warning is shown.
